My daughter and I were rear ended at 50 mph while we were stopped. Needless to say, my car was totaled. I still have to pay off the remainder of my loan. Can’t get to work because i don’t have a car. I asked my attorney for a small advance (00.) to get a used car. He said it was illegal for him to advance me money. And then he went on to recommend a loan company that specializes in this type of loan. The place just happens to be right down the road from his law firm. He did mention the interest would be high. My husband had a lawsuit 8 years ago, and his attorney gave him at least 6 advances on his money. Is it really illegal for an attorney to advance money? I live in KY. if that helps. I would appreciate any advice on this and the loan co. too. I need it asap. Thanks to all of you for your help.

I bought a car in different state, but those assholes faked my signature and charged me about 10,000$ above what i was suppost to pay, I financed the car, they sent those papers with fake signatures to bank and I am still paying for it, I filed a BBB complain but dealership want respond to them, so they just left negetive feedback on their rating, and I cant even file a civil court, since I am in different state, so I just need an attorney that can help me with this, perhaps file a lawsuit for about couple millions, so they will learn their lesson, since I am not the first person that they screwed over like this. I alos have plenty of evidence. Any info will help, BTW the dealership is Baron Auto Mall in Queens/Hollis, New York

I am a senior in high school and I want to be a personal injury lawyer, but becfoe I can go to law school i have to get a bachelor’s degree. I don’t know what to get my bachelor’s in.
